It’s been so long since I’ve been out of Slizzler my mother and I decided to have lunch there and from the moment we walked in every single person was sweet and helpful whether it was with the Menu or just to answer any questions in general. The food was really delicious as we always remember it to be our server Venus went above and beyond as a server. From the start she was warm and welcoming. She always checked in multiple times and on top of it when it came to any thing we needed. When the food came out she asked us to go ahead and try the steak and make sure that it was made to our liking, and if for any reason it wasn’t, please let me know so that way I can get you the correct order. I was so surprised she asked that and 100% grateful for her asking me that question. That is service excellence if you’re going to sizzler asked to be sit by Venus. Thank you for making our day!
You really can't go wrong with the unlimited salad bar and menudo here. Everything was fresh, and the variety of prepared salads and hot sides makes it a meal on its own. Of course, the complimentary cheese toast is still the star of the show - perfectly crispy and buttery. Great spot for a casual, filling lunch.
Today was Father’s Day and the line was out the door. We had a group of 15 and your staff did their very best to accommodate our large group so we could all sit together. The food was delicious and came out quite fast. The service at our table was excellent and I wanted to say a special shout out to Venus and Nicole! They were so friendly and sweet! They had a great attitude during a very busy part of the day.. and their smiles brightened up our day! They provided us with world class service! Amazing had the waitress Evelyn, didn’t even have to ask for condiments, another order of drinks, napkins. Overall was amazing I come to other sizzlers and their service lacks but with Evelyn as my waitress I got a good service definitely recommend this sizzlers I love to eat here and I love the service.

Erika was my server on today’s visit, Erika was very friendly and very attentive always smiling Erika continuously kept checking on me to make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything Erika made sure my drink was always full and of course there was no shortage on Cheese bread. Erika provided me outstanding customer service 👍 I will definitely continue coming to sizzler and the Ontario location as long as Erika and Paulette are still working. 👍👍👍👍👍
